BROKER ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM

To support brokers dealing with multiple cases Breezeplus+ Legal Solutions operates a Broker Engagement Programme.

The Programme is open to any broker who has more than five current remortgages being processed by us. This program will allow those brokers to obtain bulk updates on their cases quickly and efficiently. It will also relieve our Borrower focused telephone number to enable Borrowers to get through our system.

In order to enable this to work the brokers on the programme will need to be able to centralise all of the information gathering through a single point of contact within their organisation to allow faster turnarounds on progress updates.

OUR HISTORY

In 2003, in response to the needs of our clients, breezeplus+ was launched. It provides innovative solutions for lending institutions, businesses and housing associations, including secure on-line details of how matters that we deal with on behalf of our clients are progressing.

The firm converted to a limited Liability Partnership and became Breeze & Wyles Solicitors LTD on 1st October 2008. This will allow us to be more flexible to meet the modern demands of our clients,

yet maintaining the traditions of the old firm. The business will continue to strive to improve the services offered to clients using new technology to meet the ever demanding requirements of the modern world.

Breezeplusnow operates from its £1.5 million headquarters in Bishop’s Stortford. Since 2003 it has quadrupled in size in terms of staff numbers providing legal services to several well known high street banks and building societies, estate agents and housing associations.
